Only students who have graduated from Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) can request that the University confirms the authenticity of any award document (award certificate, diploma supplement or final student transcript).

This document provides specific programme related information e.g. Educational aims, learning outcomes, available modules, key skills etc. This document will be emailed to the email address provided in your order. Please be advised there is no guarantee that historical documentation will be available, if the records are not held then the University will be unable to provide the documentation and you would be informed accordingly. We are unable to provide any programme specification documents for all study undertaken prior to 2005. Please allow 10 working days for processing N.B. during specific periods e.g. examinations and graduation, the processing of your application may be subject to delay.

This document provides specific module related information e.g. credit value, assessment details, aims etc. If you require information for multiple modules, please have all module titles/module codes available when you complete the order as you will be required to enter the information. The relevant details can be found on your transcript. The document(s) will be emailed to the email address provided in your order. A transcript is a list of modules undertaken, credit value and grades achieved during each academic period (only where this information is available from the University records). The overall award and result obtained will also be indicated if applicable. If the University is unable to provide you with a transcript then a letter verifying your award will be provided.

Students who graduated from LJMU after September 1992 can purchase a replacement certificate if their original has either been destroyed or lost. For certificates prior to September 1992 please email [email protected] for further information.
