A transcript is a list of modules undertaken, credit value and grades achieved during each academic period (only where this information is available from the University records). The overall award and result obtained will also be indicated if applicable. If the University is unable to provide you with a transcript then a letter verifying your award will be provided.

Detailed Description

A transcript is a unique and valuable document, and it should be carefully preserved by the recipient.

 

A copy will only be issued at the discretion of the University and the University reserves the right not to issue a copy or to specify reasons for the decision.

 

This form is to be used only by past students to request a copy of their transcript of their studies and therefore cannot be used by a third party.

 

A charge of £25 is made for this service.

 

The applicant must provide payment via a credit or debit card prior to the application being processed.

 

The University may check any applications with a fraud prevention agency

 

Please allow 10 working days for processing (NB.  That during specific period e.g. examinations and graduation, the processing of your application may be subject to delay)
