Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) can produce bespoke letters related to award and attendance information only if the specific information is available.

There is no guarantee that LJMU will be able to produce the information you require.  For further advice please email [email protected].

A charge of £50 is made for this service.

LJMU can provide confirmation to a third party.  In order to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 all requests from third parties must:

• Be accompanied by written and signed consent from the data subject i.e. the student

These documents can be sent to LJMU using either of the following mediums:

The applicant must provide payment via a credit or debit card prior to the application being processed.

The University may check any applications with a fraud prevention agency.
