The relevant details can be found on your transcript. The document(s) will be emailed to the email address provided in your order. Please be advised there is no guarantee that historical documentation will be available, if the records are not held then the University will be unable to provide the documentation and you would be informed accordingly. We are unable to provide module proforma documents for all study undertaken prior to 2003.
