Only students who have graduated from Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) can request that the University confirms the authenticity of any award document (award certificate, diploma supplement or final student transcript).
This service is only available to the student who holds the award certificate or transcript and therefore no third party can request confirmation.
Payments for this service must be made prior to confirmation being given. The copy of the original award certificate or transcript that is to be confirmed for authenticity can be sent to LJMU using the following mediums:

A charge of £25 is made for this service.
Confirmation of award documentation will only be issued at the discretion of the University and therefore it reserves the right not to do this or specify the reason for this decision. No refund will be given in this situation.
