Level 5 Sri Lanka Study Visit

Description

The trip will run from June 16th to July 9th.
The visit revolves around the final year module 6120BEUG QS Technology Project and you will be expected to complete an assessment worth 60% of this module, thereby reducing your workload in your final year.
You will be attending the University of Moratuwa plus the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology in Sri Lanka and will receive presentations from staff at these Universities, industry speakers and of course LJMU staff!! You will have the opportunity to work with students form these universities and to develop lifetime friendships with young people on a similar programme to yourself. You will be taken on several site visits and provided with the opportunity to visit the North and South of the Island to see many of the cultural delights offered by Sri Lanka, for example, Yala National Park, Galle Fort UNESCO world heritage site, Hikkaduwa Coral reef, Seenigama temple, elephant orphanage, Kandy etc.
